In the summer our friends on the southwest Indian Reservations hold tent church meetings, or Camp Meetings, as some folks call them. They come from near and far, from many tribes and tongues to praise God and tell about what He has been doing in their lives. It is a time of encouragement and renewal. Several of the upcoming tent meetings are scheduled: the 26th annual Eskey Family Camp Meeting is in June hosted by Pastor Kenny's church in Black Rock AZ, and another Camp Meeting is at Pastor Stan's, House of Mercy Church in Bishop CA in September. Last year Pete and Rhet attended the House of Mercy Church Camp Meeting, and it was a very special time of refreshing and praising God with our wonderful friends on the Paiute Indian Rez.
