There are days when it seems like the difficulties in our lives will overwhelm us. God has made a way for us to be happy and blessed even when troubles are all around us. Psalm 84 has some encouraging words. Happy and blessed are those who are singing God's praises and living in His presence. They are strong in the Lord, and when they go through the valley of tears, they will make it a place of refreshing springs with pools of blessing collecting after the rains. What a beautiful picture! What an amazing promise. God will take us through the valley and, as we worship Him, He will make it a place of blessing with springs of refreshment. Only our loving God can do that for us. His unfailing love for His children constantly surrounds us. Praise Him for His great love. When we worship God, our perspective changes and He is glorified.
