Jesus was known for His ability to perform miracles on a regular basis. Lepers were healed (there was no cure for this disease) and thousands of people were fed when He blessed one little boy's lunch. The disciples fished all night and caught nothing, but when Jesus told them to let down their nets one more time, they caught so many fish that the boat was sinking! Jesus' first miracle was at a Jewish wedding where He turned water into wine and not just any wine. This wine was the best, made from the highest quality grapes then aged to perfection - instantly. People were absolutely amazed at every miracle Jesus performed. How could that happen?
Miracles are shown in God's power over natural circumstances and natural laws. They defy explanation because their source is God's power. Ask and expect God to do miracles in your life, to accomplish things that seem impossible. Without faith it is impossible to please God, Hebrews 11:6. His miracles abound today. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
