Let the Lord be Your Comforter

When people let you down, look up.  Let the Lord be your Comforter.  Sometimes our close friends turn on us.  Sometimes people we depended on are no longer there for us.  Then the fellowship we once enjoyed becomes a sour taste in our mouths.  Our deliverance and honor comes from God alone, so trust in Him at all times.  Pour out your heart to the One who understands you and listens to you patiently.  "I wait quietly before God for my hope is in Him.  He is my solid Rock ... therefore I will not be moved."  Psalm 62:5-6  Your future is bright when your best friend is the Lord.  His love is sure, and in His arms we are safe and secure always.
