Only the Lord knew what 2020 would bring on the world while we all started the year full speed ahead, doing business as usual. Suddenly, a pandemic hit, and people were shut in and isolated from each other. God, in His infinite mercy, has sustained us and provided for our needs. With compassion, He comforts those who have lost loved ones. Churches and various organizations have stepped up to give aid to countless families in need of food, and we endured long lines for toilet paper and water as supplies dwindled before our eyes. This year is unique in the types of adversity we all faced. Water From the Rock has continued to support people in need with prayers and financially assistance because of our faithful partners’ generosity. We are very grateful for all who are helping us touch people’s lives. Thank you! Through every trial, we can rest in Jesus and know that He is sovereign over all the affairs of men. There is much to be thankful for if you intentionally think on God’s promises and keep hope alive. Many hurting people have searched for answers to the problems they faced and have been blessed by Christian resources online. As this year draws to a close, know that God has heard every cry and solemn prayer of His people. The Lord wipes away your tears and carries those who are weak. “Those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run and not be weary; they will walk and not faint.” (Isaiah 40:31) We continue to thank and praise El Shaddai, Almighty God, and see His hand move mightily on our behalf to bring peace on earth. May you and your loved ones have a truly blessed and happy Thanksgiving.
